  • Organize continuing medical education (CME) activities, conferences, and other professional development events for healthcare providers in Maui Nui.

  • Create opportunities for leadership development, mentorship, and career advancement.

  • Provide resources to keep members informed about the latest medical research, technologies, and practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  • Support the next generation of healthcare providers through:

    • Mentorship programs

    • Scholarship opportunities

    • Internships

    • Shadowing experiences for medical students, residents, and early-career professionals
